Important: Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our IPTV service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and All In One TV ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of our IPTV streaming services, website, and related applications.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

All In One TV provides internet-based television streaming services, including:

  • Access to 25,000+ live premium TV channels
  • 150,000+ movies and series on demand (VOD)
  • 4K, UHD, FHD, and HD quality streaming
  • Catch-up TV functionality (up to 4 days)
  • Electronic Program Guide (EPG)
  • Multi-device compatibility
  • Anti-Freeze™ 9.8 Technology for stable streaming

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Creation

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Options

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • 1 Month Plan: €12 (regularly €15)
  • 3 Months Plan: €24 (regularly €35)
  • 6 Months Plan: €38 (regularly €55)
  • 12 Months Plan: €65 (regularly €85)

Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

4.2 Payment Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
  • Pay applicable taxes based on your location

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.

4.3 Subscription Activation

After successful payment:

  • You will receive login credentials via email within 1-3 working hours
  • Please check both your inbox and spam folder
  • Your subscription begins upon receipt of login credentials

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price. You will be notified before any renewal charge is processed.

5. Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new users. Free trial terms include:

  • Available only to new customers who have not previously subscribed
  • Limited to one free trial per household
  • May automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
  • Subject to the same Terms of Service as paid subscriptions

We reserve the right to determine free trial eligibility and revoke access if we detect abuse.

6. Seven-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
  • Refunds apply only to first-time purchases, not renewals
  • To request a refund, contact our support team
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future service

After 7 days, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Contact our support team to request cancellation
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to the service until the subscription expires
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time (except during the 7-day guarantee period)
  • You may re-subscribe at any time

8. Acceptable Use Policy

8.1 Permitted Use

You may use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Each subscription is limited to the number of devices specified in your plan.

8.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share your account credentials with others outside your household
  • Use the service for commercial purposes or public viewing
  • Resell, redistribute, or rebrand our service
  • Circumvent any technological measures to access content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software or streams
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service
  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to stream content unlawfully
  • Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

8.3 Account Sharing

Account sharing outside your immediate household is strictly prohibited. We monitor for account abuse and reserve the right to:

  • Limit simultaneous streams
  • Suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of sharing
  • Require verification of account ownership

9. Device Limitations

Your subscription allows streaming on a specific number of devices based on your plan:

  • 1 Device Plan: Stream on one device at a time
  • 2 Device Plan: Stream on two devices simultaneously
  • 3 Device Plan: Stream on three devices simultaneously

Exceeding device limits may result in automatic disconnection or account suspension.

10. Content Availability

Content availability is subject to:

  • Licensing agreements and geographical restrictions
  • Changes without notice as content providers update their catalogs
  • Temporary unavailability due to technical issues or maintenance
  • Regional variations based on your location

We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, program, or content at any given time.

11. Streaming Quality

Streaming quality (4K, UHD, FHD, HD) depends on:

  • Your internet connection speed and stability
  • Your device capabilities
  • Network congestion
  • Content source availability

While we strive to provide high-quality streaming, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. VPN Usage

Our service is compatible with VPN usage. However:

  • Using a VPN may affect streaming quality and speed
  • Some content may be geo-restricted even with a VPN
  • We are not responsible for VPN service issues
  • You are responsible for complying with VPN provider terms

13. Intellectual Property Rights

13.1 Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and streaming technology, are owned by All In One TV or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

13.3 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our service
  • Record, download, or capture streaming content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services
  • Third-party privacy practices or terms of service
  • Any damages or losses caused by third-party services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

15. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

15.1 Service "AS IS"

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability

15.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All In One TV shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Actions or content of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15.3 Internet Connection

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the internet connection and equipment necessary to access our service. We are not responsible for connection issues or limitations caused by your internet service provider.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All In One TV, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

17. Termination

17.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support or through your account settings.

17.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Excessive account sharing or device limit violations
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

17.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to access the service immediately ceases
  • We may delete your account information and data
  • You remain liable for all charges incurred before termination
  • Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with us, please contact our customer support team first. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

18.2 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

18.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief or other equitable relief in court to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which All In One TV operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

20. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.

21. Customer Support

We provide 24/7 customer support to assist with:

  • Technical issues and troubleshooting
  • Account management and billing questions
  • Subscription changes and cancellations

Support is available via email. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

22. Severability

23. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and All In One TV regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

25. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

26. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

27. Electronic Communications

By using our service, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails about your account, service updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
